We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

4.3 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance or other reasons.

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide. By using our service, you grant us a license to use your inputs to generate videos.

5.2 Generated Content

You own the videos generated through our service, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws.

All rights, title, and interest in our platform, including AI models, software, and technology, remain our exclusive property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
